1. Information that you provide to us when hiring our boats using our boat hire form, Name, Address , Phone Number (including your email address)
2. Information that you provide when completing our events booking application moorings forms such as Henley Royal Regatta,Henley Music Festival and the 80s Rewind Festival, Caravan Rally Site Bookings
3.  Information relating to any purchases you make of our goods or services,  (including your address, telephone number and payment details)  

4.We may need to keep your information for insurance compliance purposes 

5,We only hold personal information for our business requirements relating to boat hire and charter or the booking of moorings for events
6 We use camara equipment for evidence when collecting mooring fees on boats that are left unattended on land patrolled by us and payment instructions are left attached to the boat, also during events  such as regatta and rewind when district enforcement signs are displayed in controlled mooring areas. Images are deleted as mooring fees are paid
7,We take steps to ensure that any businesses that we work with have security protocols and policies in place to manage and record your data privacy and preferences correctly and that your data is stored securely.

8,Under the General Data Protection Regulation, you have the right to: Request copies of your data, rectification of your data, erasure of your data, object to us or restrict the processing your data and where our systems allow, give electronic access to copies of your data in a digital format.
